call for volunteers

The ISSTD Board of Directors invites you to become more active in ISSTD by serving on one or more committees.   ISSTD committees offer a range of volunteer opportunities.  Review our committee mission statements to learn about the various committees.  Let us know if there is a committee for which you would like to volunteer your time.  Please check this link regularly for volunteer positions that are in need of being filled.

Volunteer positions:

Trauma and Dissociation in Children:
A Video Series on Training for Child Protective Service Workers,
Forensic Evaluators, and Prosecutors

Volunteer for an exciting opportunity to spread the word about childhood trauma and dissociation to child protective service workers, forensic evaluators, prosecutors, and those working with traumatized children! Please sign up to help launch the recently released Trauma & Dissociation of Children DVDs.

Volunteers will be involved in identifying interested prospects, having DVDs sent to them on approval, tracking their interest in the DVDs and reporting back to Fran Waters on a regular basis. Volunteers will be asked to make about 5 calls per week for at least two weeks - numbers will vary according to what resources may be available.

Your time is much appreciated!
