This year, we will use this "virtual board book" to manage our meeting paperwork electronically. This new initiative will cut down on photocopy expenses, shipping expenses and staff labor
expenses. These documents will not be printed, copied and compiled into a heavy, bulky binder that you would have to pack up and carry back to your locales.

Save these documents in a folder on your laptops for the board meetings you will be attending. Access to this page will also be available online during the meetings.
