The ship can accommodate 100 passengers and participants must be conference attendees, guests welcome. Add this popular, optional event at the time you register for the conference. First come, first served. A waiting list will be available. A waiver is required for participation.

Q: What are the transportation options to travel between the Campbell's Cove and the Westin Hotel?
A: Attendees may opt to walk to Campbell's Cove from the Westin Hotel (Distance approx. 1.4 km). Campbell's Cove wharf is located between the Park Hyatt Hotel and the Overseas Passenger Terminal in front of the Italian Village row of restaurants. Or choose to taxi straight down George Street or Pitt Street.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for this event?
A: In the event of rain, the cruise will proceed. Ponchos will be provided free of charge. There is also a covered area on deck and below deck, for a limited number of passengers. If the event is cancelled by the organisers, participants will receive a full refund. Otherwise the conference refund policy applies.
