Tally Tripp Digital Art Gallery

The ISSTD Creative Arts Special Interest Group (CAT SIG) invites you to journey through the Tally Tripp Gallery – an exploration of experience through narrative in image and word.

All works of art were provided by the Creative Arts Special Interest Group. The goal of this group is to provide information about the creative arts, and their place in trauma treatment. The group also strives to be a forum where new ideas utilizing art, music, drama, movement, and other expressive media in therapy can be shared and discussed. You can learn more about this group and additional Special Interest Groups here.

Tally Tripp was a social worker and licensed art therapist from Alexandria, Virginia. A valued member of ISSTD for many years, she served in numerous roles and was honored as an ISSTD Fellow and recipient of the 2023 Distinguished Achievement Award.

Tally was on the faculty of the George Washington University Graduate Art Therapy Department and contributed internationally to trauma-informed art therapy. A passionate artist and author, she was also a beloved wife, mother, colleague, teacher, and friend.
